Al-Zawia tribe that originates ( and controls ) in the south east of the Country have threatened to sabotage the oil fields in the south if the blood shed of innocent Libyans doesn't stop before 24 hours !

I'm not very familiar with Libyan tribes & their politics, so a few questions:
Do you think an all out civil war is possible?
The tribes, are any fighting each other at this time or are they all anti government?
Are government personnel who are members of these local tribes deserting?
