Everybody is wondering what a manhole cover is doing in France???
part of the general looting that is going on?
and one wonders why one ends up in them while driving around Libya!!!!!!

The manhole in the video is pretty old I think from before the looting. Plus the stolen manholes usually get melted and remolded. I mean would the french government allow the use of obviously stolen manholes ?
