It was home made, you can't get a 9as3a that big in a traditional restaurant, or can you ?

Well we could grill the fish separately in the oven so it doesn't affect the couscous, that way you could it eat it right ? And it taste great even without fish......... couscous is the best :D

Hhhhhhhhhhhm, I only know how to make kısır, a Turkish salad (which seems to be a bit like tabouleh), with bulgur.

The thing with Couscous isn't the recipe its the handy work and equipment ( it requires a steamer ), in Libya couscous is the ultimate test for a women :P.
I have a recipe, in Arabic; but I'll translate it for you and add some of my tips and maybe one of the ladies will help us out if I forget anything :P. Give me a few and I'll post it for you ;).

I don't know who did the cooking but it looks delicious !!!!! The 1st time I made this dish , I made it with the veggies too like in your picture but my family all laughed at me for doing that . I guess in Tagura they don't do veggies with fish ? I make it that way just 4 Moe and I anyway because I love it that way best . Now I don't feel so stupid after seeing your dish ! Thanks !!!

I don't know about Tajoura, its not exactly that big :P but veggies is a must in Couscous and nearly all Libyan food, maybe they were laughing at something else or at your choice of veggies ?
