as long as you are not a minority.

but it is up to the officer's discretion.
On arrest, you have the right to:
be informed why,
to retain a lawyer,
and have your habeus corpus
unless you are already a corpse.
You have the right to a speedy trial
unless you are already jailed,
and then, you may as well stay there a while.
You have the right to be presumed innocent
until proven guilty.
Unless you can not afford a good lawyer, then
it is just a pity.
You have the right to peaceful assembly,
and you have the right to free speech,
but, you would be crazy to actually try it!

They should be a lil more clear on the right to free speech, something like, You has the right to free speech, but only under one condition; you fully understand the consequenses that follow after doing the deed.
It shouldnt be called free speech as nothing in life is free, especially when it comes to speech. You pay a very expensive price for that.

I agree, but I think it has more to do with being a minority than anything else, at least for those living in non-Muslim countries.
